DESIGN AND CONTRACTING
Envision Design & Contracting is a Kuwait-based design and contracting firm delivering interior design, fit-out, contracting, and turnkey execution for private and public spaces. One in-house team carries every project from first concept to final handover — design, coordination, construction, finishing, and custom furniture — so there is no gap between the people who design a space and the people who build it.
We take on a selected number of projects each year so every project receives the attention, supervision, and quality control it deserves. Our work spans residential, commercial, retail, corporate, healthcare, hospitality, sport and leisure, mosque, and public-space projects.
Design
Interior design and space planning built around how a space will actually be used. We study function, circulation, materials, and light, then develop layouts, 3D visualisations, material selections, and technical drawings ready for execution.
Fit-Out
Complete interior fit-out for villas, offices, retail, clinics, and hospitality spaces — partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing. We manage every trade on site so the finished space matches the approved design, delivered on schedule.
Contracting — New Build & Renovation
Main-contracting for both new construction and renovation. From civil and structural works on a new build to the careful upgrade of an existing or occupied space, we handle procurement, site management, and quality control through to handover.
Development
End-to-end delivery for projects taken from the ground up — feasibility, concept, design development, and turnkey construction. For owners and investors who want one accountable partner to study, design, and build a space that performs and holds its value.
Where We Work
Based in Kuwait, Envision serves clients across Kuwait and the wider MENA region. We welcome design, fit-out, contracting, and turnkey project inquiries from across the Middle East and North Africa — including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Lebanon — as well as international clients developing spaces in the region.
